Serving our communities

Sunoco believes in supporting the many communities we serve. We do this by sponsoring special events, car clubs and getting involved in many local events, such as Earth Day.

We also invest generously in a variety of non-profit and charitable organizations. For example, during the past five years (2004-2008), we contributed more than $52 million through our parent company Suncor and the Suncor Energy Foundation.

Community involvement also means being accountable to the customers who utilize Sunoco products and services, and to our neighbouring residents who make their home near our operations.

This means Sunoco works to
